In addition to basic bookkeeping, I offer other services that can help you manage your property in a comprehensive and hassle-free way.

I can take care of the formalities with public bodies related to your holiday home, such as form 179 or the application of the tourist eco-tax. If you need employment advice, I have specialised collaborators to give you a complete and reliable response.

What is the 179 model and why is it important?

If you rent out your villa as a holiday home, you may be obliged to file form 179, an information return required by the Spanish tax office (Agencia Tributaria).

This form collects detailed information:

  • Who is the owner of the property

  • How many days it has been rented

  • What income has been generated

  • Through which platform has it been managed?

Correct filing is essential to comply with current regulations and avoid penalties.
